Dues & Fees
All homeowners are
reminded that 2009 Maintenance Fees are due no later January 31st,
2009. Maintenance fees currently remain at $200.00 this year.
Invoices were mailed out the middle of October. If you have not received
your invoice yet, please contact Gina at 713-453-1503.
Penalty Assessments For Late Payments
It has been ratified that
homeowners who pay their maintenance fees after January 31st will be
assessed a $25.00 administrative fee and, as determined by the schedule
shown below:
“The later you pay, the
greater the fee”

On May 1, 2009 all delinquent accounts will be sent out for
collection.
